ALL PRICES ARE IN USA DOLLARS. Most guitars ship anywhere in continental USA free of charge.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 30 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
If you're not happy, I'm not happy. That's the policy. Return it.
For Eastwood and Rivolta Brand items: If you think your instrument has arrived defective in any way, please let us know. If approved, we will cover shipping expenses* (within the US) for you to return the item. From there, we will work with you personally to sort out compensation whether by exchange or refund.
If you've simply decided that the item you ordered is not for you, you can still send it back within 30 days of purchase for refund, credit, or exchange, minus shipping. Simply fill out our online returns form, and someone from our returns department will be in touch as soon as possible. If your order qualified for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund or credit.
For Vintage Items: Returns for ANY reasons are at the expense of the buyer. Buyer will NOT be refunded the initial shipping cost, regardless of what the actual shipping amount was.
Note: You must EMAIL for an RMA number and shipping instructions BEFORE returning the item. Once the product returns safe and sound, I will refund the money the same way it was paid.
(sorry, no refund of international shipping costs. All shipments outside North America may be subject to local taxes and duties which will be collected by UPS on delivery. If the shipment is refused for any reason, the buyer is responsible for all expenses such as return shipping, etc. )
