DW Music has been operating in Canberra, Australia, for 20 years and offers same day shipping nationwide.
We offer a huge range of electric and acoustic guitars and proudly stock heritage brands including Martin, Fender, Gibson, Gretsch, Vox and Orange, as well as Taylor, Cole Clark, Ibanez, PRS, Jackson and Charvel. We also carry an extensive range of effects pedals, accessories and guitar maintenance products.

Shipping Policy
We happily ship Australia wide and all of our shipments include full freight insurance. Normal freight costs apply for shipments to East-coast capital cities and regional centres, but extra charges may apply to rural/remote areas. Due to the Reverb shipping profile we are unable to provide variable rates that apply to remote areas. If you are outside of Eastern metro or regional areas, please contact us for a competitive shipping quote.
For larger items such as guitars and amplifiers we choose to use Startrack Express and for smaller items we use Australia Post's eParcel service. If you would like to request a different service, please feel free to shoot us an email to discuss.
We now have a range of new and second-hand items that we offer to ship internationally. If you are from outside of Australia, please contact us ahead of your purchase, so that we can give you a competitive estimate for shipping and insurance costs. Please note that the customer is responsible for any additional costs relevant to any tariffs that may apply.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, DW Music does not provide a refund for ‘change of mind’ purchases so you are advised to choose your goods carefully.
When purchasing online from DW Music you are protected by the same Consumer Protection Laws that you would receive it you purchased the item in our store.
These provisions apply to in-store and online purchases. We aim to process any claims as quickly as possible and encourage you to contact us about any concerns you may have.
