General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Prices are without any possible import taxes, please take notice when you buy.
Claims of damaged parcels, defect gear or incomplete parcels has to be made in 24 hours after delivery. Claims that are made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
If you want to recieve a invoice of your purchase, please send directly after order you business details to us. otherwise you will recieve on request a invoice with your details send by Reverb.
If you whish to return an item without any reason of defect we hold a restocking fee of 15% of the total order amount. The buyer takes care for a secure shipment to our adress. We do not credit any shipping and return schipping costs in this situation.
We ship orders always the next businessday, When you order on friday,saterday or sunday your order will be shipped on monday.
Purchases that are returned without any contact will not be refunded.
