Just a disclaimer.

I am a (somewhat) normal guy, I have a normal job, I am not a music store. I also have a child, a significant other and real life responsibilities. This being said, I will always respond to messages and ship as quickly as I possibly can.

Messages will be replied to within 24 hours.

Shipping will happen no more than 72 hours from the point when you pay but I usually manage to get things out same day or next.

I prefer to use UPS for shipping.

Do note, I am not AMAZON, if you order something from me in Cleveland Ohio, you should expect that it may take a day or two if you are close or up to a week if you are not. This is the nature of shipping unless you want to pay out the nose for it.

The only service with a guaranteed delivery day is Next Day Air. If you desire your items on a tight timeline we can discuss what Next Day shipping will cost additionally on your order. This is not a problem but you should reach out to me if you have specific needs.

I always pack things the way I would want them packed and insure them for purchase value at minimum.

If there is any problem with your item / delivery / whatever, take lots of pictures of all sides of the packaging and the item, then contact me immediately.
