Dave's drum Shop is located in Ottawa Ontario Canada. We sell all the great new gear plus used and vintage equipment. We have been a real new/used/vintage drum shop in Ottawa, Ontario since 2007. I have been buying and selling drums since 1989.
Shipping Policy
Larger items may require a shipping quote. We like to ship using Canada Post where possible.
We can ship internationally, please inquire about our competitive rates.
If an item is unexpectedly damaged during transit you will need to send photos of packaging and the damage and keep the packaging for inspection by the shipping company.
Shipping outside of Canada can incur some import duties/taxes or courier fees depending on the item and shipping method. Please ask in advance if this is a concern.
We ship to the USA from Canada usually, Anything up to $800USD does not incur any additional brokerage fees. Currently NAFTA allows Canadian and US made drums and percussion to cross the boarders tax free (Harmonized Category 9206.00). Items mde outside of North America will be assed by customs for duty and taxes. We can get approximate import costs with UPS, provide an address and item you are interested in and we can get the information to you.
We cannot ship exotic woods like some mahogany, bunbinga and rosewoods outside of Canada.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Above conditions apply to asking price sales. There are no returns on items sold based on an offer below listing price. ie via an offer. Please be sure this is the item you want before purchasing.
When making offers we expect immediate payment after the offer is accepted, we reserve the right to cancel any order if not paid within 24 hours following acceptance of the offer.
Returning an item for any reason requires the purchaser to provide the shipping labels. We do not send return shipping labels. Please ask questions before purchase to avoid surprises.
All items remain for sale until payment is made, we reserve the right to cancel a sale if an item sells in our shop prior to payment is made on Reverb.
