📦 Shipping Policy — StoneSolid Drum Hardware

Processing Time

All orders are made, inspected, and packed by hand.
• Standard processing time: 3-5 business days
• High volume periods may extend processing slightly, but we always communicate clearly if delays occur.

Shipping Rates

StoneSolid Drum Hardware uses simple, predictable rates:
• Flat Rate Shipping (U.S.): $7.99

International shipping is available to select countries. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Shipping Methods

Most orders ship via:
• USPS Ground Advantage (default)
• USPS Priority Mail (upgrade available at checkout)

Tracking information is provided for all shipments.

Estimated Delivery Times
• U.S. orders: 3–10 business days after shipment
• International orders: 14–21 business days, depending on customs and local carriers
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost:

• Replacements may be issued on a case by case basis

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipment fees may apply.

BlastCraft Hardware designs and produces lightweight, durable, 3D printed components intended for use in standard drum set applications. To ensure safe operation and long product life, please review the following safety guidelines before installation or use.

⚙️ General Safety Guidelines

• BlastCraft components are engineered for non load bearing or light to moderate load applications unless otherwise specified.
• Always verify fitment and compatibility with your drum kit, pedals, stands, or accessories before use.
• Inspect parts regularly for signs of wear, cracking, deformation, or heat exposure.
• Do not modify, drill, cut, or reshape components unless the product description explicitly states they are mod friendly.
• Keep all hardware away from open flames, high heat sources, or prolonged direct sunlight, as 3D printed materials may soften or warp.

🥁 Installation & Use
• Install hardware only on stable surface (carpet, wood, laminate, etc.)
• Avoid using BlastCraft components in situations involving excessive force, such as supporting body weight, lifting heavy equipment, or securing large stage structures.
• Do not use components as safety-critical supports (e.g., overhead rigging, suspended microphones, or heavy cymbal booms).

🌡️ Environmental Considerations
• 3D printed materials may react to extreme temperatures. Recommended operating range: 32°F – 120°F (0°C – 49°C)
• Avoid leaving parts inside hot vehicles, near heaters, or under intense stage lighting for extended periods.
• Clean components with mild soap and water only. Avoid solvents, alcohol, or petroleum-based cleaners.
🔧 Maintenance & Inspection
• Check parts before each use for:
o Hairline cracks
o Layer separation
o Warping
• Replace any part showing visible wear or damage.
• Do not continue using a compromised component during rehearsals or performances.
