Custom World Guitar Parts is founded in 2009. Our goal is to make the process of finding and selecting high quality guitar and bass parts easier for you.
We hope to do this by responding to your needs and only offering the highest quality guitar parts at the best prices available.
You shouldn't have to dig through hundreds of pages of guitar parts that all look alike to determine what will work for you.
That's why we already made the selection for you and on our website you will only find the best quality parts available so you don't have to worry about purchasing a substandard piece of hardware.
We are guitar builders ourselves and we are always happy to answer any question regarding any of our products so we can share our expertise with our customers.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Info:
We combine shipping automatically at checkout if you buy multiple items from our shop. If you check out with multiple items from our store, you only pay the single highest shipping fee at checkout and all additional items ships for free.
All orders are packed and shipped with full tracking within 1 business day from our warehouse in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
Buyers within the European Union will not pay customs fees.
Do I need to pay Customs fees when I am located outside the European Union?
Yes if you are located outside the European Union you are responsible for customs fees in your country, as you are the importer of the goods
The specific amount and type of fees are determined by the customs laws of the country where the goods are being shipped, not us as the seller.
The shipping carrier, acting as a customs broker, collects these fees on behalf of the destination country's customs authority and will often hold the shipment until they are paid.
If you do not pay the Customs fees and you reject the shipment, we will have to charge a 15% restocking fee plus the return shipping costs when the shipment is returned back to our warehouse.
For customers outside the EU, please check your local customs office for the latest regulations, as any applicable import fees or taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
-Return Policy and refused shipments for U.S. customers:
Under the August 2025 US De Minimis suspension and subsequent February 2026 tariff updates, US buyers now face explicit rules regarding international purchases and returns.
All shipments to the United States are subject to local customs regulations.
Any US import duties or customs fees are the buyer's responsibility and cannot be refunded by us in the event of a return.
U.S. buyers are responsible for all US import duties. Please note that UPS requires payment for customs formalities in advance. These fees are completely non-refundable in the event of a return.
The original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable for U.S customers.
If a shipment is rejected or refused by the U.S. customer due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees, the package will be returned back to our warehouse in The Netherlands.
In this event, the original shipping costs and all return shipping fees charged by the carrier UPS will be deducted from the customers total refund amount.
-Return Policy for European customers:
Return deadline: You must start a return case on Reverb within 14 days after you received the product.
Condition: Brand new, unused, and in original packaging.
Protective Film: Do not remove the clear film from pickguards or backplates.
Modifications: Items altered to your own specifications are non-returnable.
Completeness: Damaged or incomplete items will be rejected.
Shipping & Costs return Shipping: You must pay for the return shipping label.
Liability: You are responsible for the item until it reaches the warehouse.
Packaging: Pack securely to avoid damage during transit.
Insurance: Use a shipping service with tracking and proof of posting.
Refunds and Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Shipping Fees: For European Union customers the refund includes the original shipping costs you paid when you made the purchase, except if you want to keep products from the same order, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
