Shipping Policy
All of our guitars will be carefully packed and shipped via Fed Ex w/ a required signature confirmation and insurance included at no extra charge. All of our guitar parts and accessories will ship via USPS First Class Mail. All orders totaling over $200.00 will ship fully insured via USPS Priority Mail & will require a signature upon delivery. Shipping to the Continental United States Only! No APO, FPO Boxes. Guitars Will Not Be Shipped To PO Boxes or Freight Forwarding Companies.

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Returns Are Accepted On Manufacturer Defects & Shipping Damage Only!! Any Discrepancy Must Be Reported To Us Within 2 Days After Confirmed Delivery.
In The Rare Event Of A Manufacturer Defect It Will Be Handled Through The Manufacturer Under Their Limited Lifetime Warranty. Once The Manufacturer Determines That Defect Is Warranty Related The Manufacturer Will Either Repair Or Replace The Item Free Of Charge.
We Will Not Accept Returns Due To The Following Reasons:
The Buyer Does Not Like The Item, Does Not Like How The Item Loos Or Sounds, Has Changed Their Mind, Purchased The Item By Mistake, Purchased The Wrong Item, Installed The Item, Or Has Damaged The Item,. NO EXCEPTIONS!
All Items Must Be Returned In The Same Brand New Condition As They Were Originally Shipped Out In. Buyer Assumes All Cost & Responsibilities On Return Shipments. If Any Item Is Damaged In Return Shipping A Refund Will Not Be Issued.
