Returns on new items are not problem so long as they remain in brand new condition and are returned with all original manufacturer packaging and contents. Damaged, scratched, velcro'd pedals will be refused. DO NOT ATTACH SHIPPING LABELS TO THE PRODUCT BOX, returns with the shipping label fixed to the product packaging will result in a denial of the return. We deduct the cost of original shipping from the return.
PLEASE NOTE: Clearance/discounted & vintage items are not eligible for returns unless substantially different from description.
For AMPLIFIERS and GUITARS there is a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
