Overdrive Guitars – Delivery Policy
Processing Time:
All orders are carefully packed and shipped within 1–2 business days of receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Services:
We use reliable, tracked shipping services for all orders. Shipping carriers may vary depending on your location and the size/weight of the item. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Delivery:
Orders within the UK typically arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
International Delivery:
We ship worldwide where possible. International delivery times vary by destination, but generally take 7–14 business days. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.
Packaging:
All guitars, amps, and pedals are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery. Instruments are detuned slightly before shipping to protect the neck and hardware during transit.
Delays:
While we aim for prompt delivery, delays may occur due to customs, weather conditions, or carrier issues beyond our control. We will always keep you informed if we become aware of any unexpected delays.
Lost or Damaged Shipments:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. If tracking shows your package as lost, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
