General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
PLEASE READ: All products are meticulously tested before shipping and shipped in protective wrap. In case you find the product is not working upon arrival it is very likely it was damaged during transport. If that happens we will handle the case as per the customer's preference: customer can either keep the product AS IS and receive a refund for the shipping costs, or send the product back to us for a full refund (less shipping). We are a small shop and can only offer FULL Refund (no restocking fee) on defective items. Defective items are items that arrived in perfect shape (no visible transport damage) and yet are not performing as they should. We still offer a refund if you are not happy with our product, however, in that case we will charge a 15% restocking fee + shipping. We are happy to answer all questions and demo the items before they are shipped to make sure they meet your expectations. We are in the business of making customers happy with their guitar tone and we will do everything we can to make that happen!
