Shipping Policy
We generally ship via UPS. We can upgrade your shipping to get you the guitar faster if you prefer, just please let us know so we can get you an exact shipping cost. Our shipping department is open Monday-Friday, If you place your order after 1:30pm on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, your order will ship the following Monday.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
We don't want you to buy a guitar that you are not happy with, and we understand that sometimes guitars and players just do not bond. We are having a huge amount of returns lately for no reason other than the buyer just don't like it. This gets very expensive and frustrating from our stand point. We are out the shipping plus the time it took to ship the item, to receive the item back and then relist it. We also lose all the original potential buyers that were watching the item. We are going to have to start charging a 10% restocking fee on top of the shipping to cover our costs and lost time. We will gladly work with you on this policy, but if you are just sending the guitar back because you wanted to try it out, we can't accept a straight return on it. If you want to trade it back on something else we will definitely work with you on waiving the restocking fee. Thank you for understanding.
Also, we have to now add this to our return policy, due to the overwhelming amount of returns based on a guitar being shipped ground shipping in extreme weather (and needing a slight set up when it finally arrives to the buyer), we are not going to accept to pay for a return based on the guitar just needing a simple adjustment when it is received. We ship from a dry climate in Reno, Nevada to locations all around the country. The guitars are made out of wood, so they are very susceptible to humidity and temperature changes. So even though we set it up perfectly for the Reno climate, it might not feel the same when it arrives in a rain forest, and thus will require a neck adjustment or simple set up. So if the guitar doesn't play perfectly when you receive it, it is on you to have a set up done. If you decide to just send it back without having it set up, we will not pay the shipping fees associated with the sale. Thank you for your understanding, sad we even have to include this as most buyers are aware of the need for a set up after extreme temperature and humidity changes. We have certified technicians that would be happy to walk you through the process over the phone, as any set up required should be very minor.
If the purchased item is not as described, we will cover the return shipping cost. If the item is damaged in shipping, we will work with you on opening a damage claim via the shipping company and try to resolve the situation as quickly as possible, but we are at the mercy of the shipping company so it could take a few days to weeks to get it resolved. So please have patience.
