For 50 years, John Bernunzio has bought and sold solely vintage guitars, banjos, and mandolins. Starting from a mail order business with the name "Bernunzio Vintage Instruments," he took his love of vintage instruments from a hobby to a lucrative business, and his reputation grew with it worldwide.
In 2006, Bernunzio Vintage Instruments opened up a formal showroom in the blossoming East End of Rochester, NY, and with this big move, we changed our name to the current "Bernunzio Uptown Music."

We ship orders Monday-Friday. Orders recieved late in the week may not ship until the following Monday. The shop is closed on Sunday, orders and messages recieved on this day may not be answered until the following Monday.
We will ship with tracking to the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipments may incur additional charges. Please contact us for international shipping rates and options prior to purchasing. If you would like a more accurate shipping quote to the lower 48, please contact us prior to purchasing.

Conditions particulières
Customers have 48 hours to notify us if they are not satisfied with an instrument and make arrangements to return it themselves. Customers always pay shipping BOTH ways when receiving or returning instruments. Instruments must be returned in original condition with no scratches, or damage otherwise. If ANY damage has been inflicted to the instrument a full refund CANNOT be guaranteed.
All returns require that you contact Bernunzio Uptown Music prior to making the return so that we can advise you how to proceed. If you wish to return an item, please contact [email protected]. Once you have obtained all return instructions from us, the item must be returned within a period of two days, or the return will not be accepted.
