Every item in our store is inspected individually before shipment.

We accept returns only if a defect not mentioned in the product description is reported within 7 days of the item’s arrival.
We do not accept returns for reasons related to the buyer’s personal preferences or convenience.
This includes cases where the item does not meet the buyer’s preferences regarding sound, playability, weight, setup, or expectations.
If you discover a defect not listed in the product description, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, including clear photos and detailed information.
Please return the product in the same condition as when you received it.
You must return the product with all original packaging materials, accessories, parts, manuals, documents, and cases.
We cannot accept returns if the product has been modified, adjusted, disassembled, damaged, or used in any way that alters its condition after delivery.
[Regarding Damage During Shipping]
If the product arrives damaged, please check the packaging for any damage before signing for delivery.
If there is any damage, please report it to the shipping company immediately.
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product and send us photos of the damaged item, the outer box, and the packaging materials.
Please send the photos even if there is no visible damage to the outer box.
Please do not discard the outer box, packing materials, or any cases, manuals, documents, parts, or accessories that came with the product.
In particular, please do not remove the protective film affixed to the pickups, pickguards, control plates, or other parts.
These items and photos may be required for filing an EMS insurance claim.

Depending on your country of residence and the price of the product, import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and other charges may apply.
These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

If we are unable to deliver the product due to issues with your country’s customs office or shipping company, we can issue a refund once the product is returned to our store.
