** Brochures, Manuals, Magazines, Catalogs - Will ship USPS First Class in most cases. Tracking number will NOT show real-time transit details, as it is a receipt number only. If you want real-time tracking, please contact prior to purchase for Parcel or Priority rates, which may be markedly higher. (Some heavier manuals may ship Media Mail, but magazines and brochures cannot).

No buyer's remorse returns, or due to incompatibility with something else you have. Buyer responsible for ensuring items will work for their needs prior to purchase. If a return is allowed, buyer is responsible for both original and return shipping as well as the restocking fee.
Any items arriving with problems will be handled with a courier Damage Claim, not a blind return, as everything is tested prior to shipping and packed very well (no exceptions).
