Shipping Policy
I do my best to ship quickly, and in most cases, do, but please keep in mind that I'm a part-timer with other time commitments and to allow up to 3 business days for your item to be shipped, unless you make arrangements prior to your order. Unless otherwise stated, buyer pays all associated shipping charges. I will ship with tracking when possible.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Restocking Fee: 15%
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
Restocking Fee: 15%
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
All items returned for the following reasons will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee:
buyer changed their mind
buyer can't afford it
wife doesn't like it
it doesn't fit their style
buyer failed to read the listing before purchasing
item works as described but doesn't meet the buyer's expectations or they don't know how to use it
buyer states the item doesn't work as described, but after receiving the item back and testing it, it is determined that no fault was found with the item. In this case a new video will be made showing the item in proper working condition. This policy is necessary to make up for lost shop time. Shipping costs are NON REFUNDABLE.
By making the purchase, the buyer HEREBY AGREES to the terms and conditions as listed. This is to ensure fairness on both sides and leaves no room for misunderstanding or error. If these terms and conditions cannot be readily agreed to, the best thing to do would be to court another seller and save both of us future hassles!
