Shipping Policy

1. General Information
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, unless stated otherwise in the product description.
All shipments include tracking information provided to the customer once the parcel is dispatched.

2. Domestic Shipping (Poland / EU)
Deliveries within the EU are handled by trusted carriers (DPD, UPS, FedEx, InPost and others).
Estimated delivery time within the EU: 2–7 business days, depending on destination.
All prices displayed include VAT for EU customers.

3. International Shipping (Outside EU)
We ship worldwide. Please ensure that import of the purchased product is permitted in your country before placing an order.
Unless otherwise specified, international shipments are made on a DDU / DAP basis (Delivered Duty Unpaid / Delivered At Place).
The buyer is responsible for paying any import duties, customs taxes, tariffs, or brokerage fees charged by the destination country’s customs or courier at the time of delivery.
These costs are not included in the checkout price unless explicitly stated.
If you wish to include import duties and taxes in advance, please contact us prior to ordering - DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping may be available upon request.

4. Customs Documentation
All international shipments include a commercial invoice with product description, value, and country of origin.
We do not mark packages as “gifts” or declare lower values - doing so may cause customs delays or seizure.

5. Import Duties & Returns of Undeliverable Parcels
If the buyer refuses to pay import duties or fails to complete the import process (e.g. by not providing required customs information or documents), the parcel may be returned to the sender.
In such cases:
- The initial shipping cost (to the buyer) is non-refundable.
- A 15% restocking and handling fee will be deducted from the refund total.
- Any additional return shipping costs or customs fees charged for the parcel’s return will also be deducted from the refund amount.
- The refund will be processed only after the item safely arrives back at our facility.

6. Delivery Delays and Lost Parcels
While we use reliable carriers, customs inspections or local restrictions may cause delays beyond our control.
If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance with tracking or claim initiation.

7. Damaged Shipments
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, report it to the courier upon delivery and take photos of both packaging and product.
Transport damage claims must be filed within 48 hours of receipt.

8. Returns from Outside the EU
When returning goods from outside the EU, import VAT and customs duties are generally non-refundable, unless your local customs authority allows such refunds.
