Shipping Policy

1. We will ship with tracking worldwide. We have successfully delivered pedals to Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, UK, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Mexico, Singapore, Hong Kong, USA, Canada, Australia and Japan.
2. For customs duties - we are declaring the full value by default. Most likely you will have the duty and/or VAT applicable which is solely your responsibility. We can put the other value upon the request, but keep in mind that it wil equal the insurance value and a refund value in case of the package is lost or damaged.
3. International customers: please kindly note that it takes about 4 weeks for the package to arrive. Please plan accordingly when buying.
4. We are shipping with the tracking number. After the item has been shipped the number is added into the Reverb system.
5. After the parcel leaves the territory of our country the tracking number will freeze for the transit time period and will catch up and start updating again once the pedal reaches your country. Some exceptions apply, please contact us before buying to learn about them.
6. If you feel the shipment is delayed, please contact us in direct messages and we will file a reclamation request with the postal services provider but not earlier than the time period stipulated in point 3 hereto.
7. COVID Clause: there are reported delays with some deliveries, very often at the inward office of exchange of the receiving country. We will not honor any claims related to the late delivery since these circumstances are out of our control. Most shipments arrive within the stipulated time though.
