General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
We are commercial restorers, professional luthiers, artists and repair techs, so each guitar we sell has been treated with professionalism and respect, as will you be in all dealings with us and in the unlikely event that a return is necessary for any reason,
If a return arises out of a proven fault in the item or description given then we will not charge any return fees or restocking fees and we will cover all shipping costs (proven professional quote required).
If a buyer returns any item for subjective reasons or personal tastes and preferences then we reserve the right to charge up to a 20% administration fee to cover restocking and also our initial shipping costs.
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described, in which case we will accept all costs and offer a full refund.
Some items may be sold "As Described" and therefore not eligible for a return, the reasons for this will be outlined in the description along with a full explanation of any faults.
