Once you purchase an item we'll carefully pack it and ship it to the address in your Reverb profile for the listed shipping & (handling) charge. Boxes and supplies have become expensive. Shipping rates are going up and we are doing the best we can to keep up. Please make sure the address in your profile is correct, as this is the only address the portal will let us ship to. Signature confirmation is 100% required for delivery as we can not make exceptions due to shipping insurance requirements. Large packages can not be sent to P.O. boxes, so please provide an alternative shipping address.

Our prices are firm, we do not currently consider offers lower than the listed price. There will always be a mention of a case or box if one is included with the item. In the event you have any other questions about the product, features, or specifications we encourage you to do some research personally, as we do not have personal experience with every piece of gear that comes through. Manufacturer websites will give you the most accurate information, though gear/brand forums can also be quite helpful. We appreciate your continued interest but please understand that we are running a retail and repair shop in addition to our self service Reverb purchase portal. If your situation meets the criteria in the return policy, you can return the item for a 100% refund. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, depending on the situation.
