Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

✅ Returns Accepted
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
-The item must be in the same condition as received
-All original packaging and accessories must be included
-Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or not as described
🔁 Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund based on the following terms:
-Full refund if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, item not as described)
-Partial refund (product price only) if the item is returned due to buyer’s remorse or failure to accept delivery
-Original shipping fees are non-refundable
📦 Failed Deliveries / Refused Packages
If a package is returned to us because:
-The customer provided an incorrect address
-The customer was unavailable at the time of delivery
-The package was refused without prior agreement
Then:
-We will refund the item cost only
-We will deduct original shipping charges
-A restocking fee of 5% may apply
