This is a vintage Slingerland 5x14" Steel "Festival" model snare drum in good condition. 8 lugs. The chrome over steel shell has some light pitting but is still more than presentable. New heads and Pure Sound snare wires. The Rapid strainer has been serviced and is super smooth. The drum sounds great! This is number two of two that I have listed.
