Varsity Reverb Tube Amplifier: Hand-Built American Tone

Earlier this year, we were excited to see Magnatone introducing the Point-to-Point Collection.  This is the best of the best, representing classic boutique amplifiers, starting withe debut of the new Varsity Reverb.  

This is rather rare opportunity, as only 50 were made for the world, with 30 being here in the U.S.  Of that, only 15 were done in Burgundy.  We could only get 1, and here it is - once it's gone, that's it.

The Magnatone Varsity Reverb is a modern classic that delivers rich, expressive tube tone in a versatile and approachable package.  This 15 watt push-pull amplifier is powered by EL84 output tubes, giving it a bright, lively character filled with color and harmonics. Dual 12AX7 preamp tubes provide classic American voicing, offering warmth, clarity, and musical responsiveness.

The tube-driven long pan reverb uses four counterwound springs to create a spacious, dimensional sound that adds depth without overwhelming your core tone.
