• Purpose:The BBE 362 aims to restore the brilliance and clarity of audio by compensating for phase and amplitude distortions, which can occur during recording or playback. 
• Ganged Stereo:The unit processes two mono signals as a single ganged stereo signal, meaning both channels are processed with the same settings. 
• Low Contour & Process Controls:The unit features "Lo Contour" and "Process" knobs. "Lo Contour" adjusts the level of phase-corrected low frequencies, while "Process" adjusts the level of phase-corrected high frequencies, according to the BBE 362XL manual. 
• Unbalanced Connections:The BBE 362 typically uses unbalanced connections, such as RCA and 1/4" jacks. 
• BBE Process:The BBE process works by dividing the audio into three frequency bands (low, mid, and high) and applying time delays to the mid and low frequencies to compensate for phase distortion.
