I am the original owner of this Warm Audio WA273, and it has seen very light home-studio use only. From day one, the unit was always connected to a surge-protected power supply, so it has been carefully maintained.
The WA273 is a handmade, hand-wired dual-channel microphone preamp and EQ inspired by the classic Neve British console sound. It delivers the rich, warm, musical character these units are known for—big low end, smooth mids, and a beautiful analog presence that works exceptionally well on vocals, acoustic instruments, electric guitars, bass, and drums.
Before packaging the unit for sale, I performed a full function test on both channels, all EQ sections, gain stages, outputs, and switches. Everything operates exactly as it should with no issues.
This is an incredible-sounding warm mic preamp and EQ that adds depth, punch, and analog character to any recording chain. If you’re looking for that classic Neve-style tone without spending vintage money, the WA273 is one of the best values available.
