EarthQuaker Devices Bellows Fuzz Driver in excellent condition, serial #017, with the original matching box.

Simple, nasty, and very usable two-knob fuzz/drive from EQD. The Bellows goes from touch-sensitive amp-like breakup at lower Drive settings to thick, saturated fuzz when pushed. It keeps the full frequency response intact, which makes it useful on guitar, bass, baritone, synths, and anything else that wants a raw blown-out drive sound without losing all the low end. EarthQuaker describes the controls as Level for output/bias and Drive for input gain, moving from cleaner and thinner counterclockwise to thicker and growlier clockwise. 

This is the original larger-format Bellows, not the newer Legacy Reissue. The Bellows was originally released at Winter NAMM 2016 and later discontinued before being brought back as a limited Legacy Reissue, which has helped renew interest in these earlier ones. 

Pedal shows only light cosmetic wear and is very clean overall. Box has visible shelf wear but is intact and matches the pedal serial. Tested and working properly. Requires standard 9V DC center-negative power.
