Blue Lightning VST practice pads feature a medium soft, .374”/9.5mm gauge, low-volume playing surface specially designed for advanced strength training and healthy muscle development of your upper limbs, wrists and hands. The pad surface has a medium rebound level with a heavy resistance that is excellent for improving hand coordination, building endurance, and enhancing speed. The Blue Lightning VST Heavy Series is ideal for exercising your full range of motion to increase flexibility and develop fluid mobility around the drum kit during performance.

• Choice of (4) Sizes: - 6", 8”, 10" or 12” playing surfaces.
• Top Surface: .374”/9.5mm expanded natural rubber faced with blue fabric for durability.
• Bottom Surface: .197"/5mm recycled rubber that can be used as an additional playing surface.
• Rim: Non-marking Flex-Tech rim for precision rim shot execution and cross-stick simulation. Available on 8", 10" and 12" models.
• Base: Sustainable CNC milled HD/MDF panel engineered for exceptional strength made from 100% recycled and recovered wood content.
• Placement: Place on your lap, on a drum, in a snare stand, or on any flat surface. 6" model includes threaded brass insert to mount to any 8mm stand.
