- Very good condition; slight chip in the finish along the edge (pics 14 & 15), and minor markings in the finish on the body (pic 16).
- Plays great with comfortable action (6/64" bass side at the 12th fret, 4/64" treble side).

- The Inner Soundhole Label: Eric Clapton hand-signed the actual paper label inside the guitar, alongside the signature of C.F. Martin IV.
- The Certificate of Authenticity (COA): The accompanying paperwork and COA that comes with the guitar is also hand-signed by Eric Clapton.
Because these signatures are fully authenticated and direct from the factory, they are highly collectible pieces of Martin and Music History!
