Up for sale is an original mid-1966 Fender Bassman head with the Blackface-era AB165 circuit. Head only, no cabinet included.
This amp sat in climate-controlled storage for roughly 40 years, and it shows. The original tolex and grill cloth are intact with only minimal wear, making it one of the cleaner examples you'll find from this era. Electronics are clean with no major modifications.
It was professionally serviced in 2024: full recap, fresh tubes, and a 3-prong grounded power cord for safe modern use. Fully functional and ready to play.
