Up for sale is an incredibly rare piece of TAMA history: a 14" (diameter) x 13" (depth) Starclassic Maple Hanging Tom (Model SMT1413). ✔️
Manufactured in March 1995 at the legendary Seto factory in Aichi, Japan (Serial No. 05030774), this drum comes from the very second year of the iconic Starclassic Maple line. ✔️

Stenciled Logo under Clear Coat: The authentic early-era painted badge, highly sought after by enthusiasts (pre-metal badge era). ✔️
Rare Finish: Gorgeous and rare Violet Shade (VLS) transparent lacquer finish, beautifully showcasing the grain of the premium Canadian Maple shell. ✔️
Thin Shell Construction: 9-ply, 5mm ultra-thin all-maple shell without re-rings, offering immense low-end resonance and warm tone. ✔️
Original TAMA Die-Cast hoops. ✔️

Excellent vintage condition. The lacquer is vibrant and clean, with no major scratches, dings, or fade. Bearing edges are factory perfect. The chrome and die-cast hoops are shiny with minimal to no pitting. No extra holes, 100% original and unmodified. ( Pictured) ✔️
