Selling my 1963 Fender Bassman 6G6-B. One of the most recorded amps in history! This is the exact same circuit you would find in the rare tuxedo models. The amp has been fully serviced and sounds phenomenal. Great shape for its age. No missing parts and 100% working order.
This amp has the original output transformer (part no. 125A13A). The original filter caps have been replaced, the "death cap" has been replaced, and a 3 prong power cable has been installed. Tolex is in overall good shape for a 60+ year old amp, but shows some signs of wear. Happy to provide more pictures upon request.
Serial Number: BP07550
Production Date Code: 57
This amp has been well loved in my home studio. Always used a BrownBox to regulate proper voltage to the amp while in use.
I'd love a local sale in Nashville but would ship at buyer's expense. Happy to answer any questions! Thanks for looking!
