About This Model

The Bowers & Wilkins CWM8.5 D is a reference-grade two-way in-wall speaker built around two of B&W's most advanced driver technologies: a 25mm Diamond dome tweeter loaded by a Nautilus™ tube to eliminate rear-wave coloration, and a 180mm (7in) Continuum cone bass/midrange driver fitted with an anti-resonance plug. The combination delivers a frequency response that extends down to 30Hz and out to 35kHz, with a sensitivity of 89dB/Watt.
