Elby Designs / Ken Stone ED115 SH NOISE Eurorack modular synthesizer module. Complete details are available on the elby-designs (dotcom) website, or just google search it. Their units are sold in various kit formats. I'm not the original builder, but the second owner. Works great, just downsizing a few units. No returns since it's an open surface unit (it will be packed in anti-static material, but I have no way to know how it's handled upon a buyer opening it). It will be packed well and fully insured.
