A beautiful 1974 Gibson Les Paul Custom 20th Anniversary in its original Cherry Sunburst finish.
Produced in 1974 to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the Les Paul Custom, this model is distinguished by the famous "TWENTIETH ANNIVERSARY" inlay at the 15th fret. Today, these guitars are among the most collectible Norlin-era Les Paul Customs.
The Cherry Sunburst finish has aged beautifully over the past five decades, with attractive fading and naturally aged gold hardware that give the guitar the unmistakable character only a genuine vintage Gibson can offer.

This guitar delivers the classic mid-'70s Les Paul Custom tone—powerful, warm, with rich low-mid response, excellent sustain, and superb note definition.
The neck is straight, the truss rod functions properly, and the guitar plays comfortably with excellent action.
Cosmetically, the guitar shows normal wear for its age, including light scratches, small dents, and natural finish checking. Overall, it remains in excellent vintage condition.
The original finish, original T-Top pickups, original electronics, and the original Gibson hardshell case are all retained.
The output jack plate appears to have been replaced.
The guitar may have been professionally refretted at some point during its lifetime, although I cannot confirm this with certainty.
No breaks. No cracks. No structural repairs.
