This is a Japanese-made analog delay pedal manufactured in the 1980s by Hammond Japan and Ace Tone!
The delay time ranges from approximately 30ms to 200ms. DELAY, REPEAT, and BAL. (Level) are controlled by sliders. Despite being a Japanese-made analog delay, it features a crisp, spacey echo/delay sound. The BAL. control, at its lowest setting, produces only the original signal; as you move it upwards, the original signal decreases. The REV./ECHO switch allows you to select between a short delay (reverb-like) and a normal delay. The LED lights up red when bypassed and yellow-green when the effect is on. Its slimness was groundbreaking even for its time; even today, it's rare to see such a thin enclosure. The footswitch, made of thin, rubbery material, is also unique to this series. It is powered by a 9V battery or a DC 9V center-negative power supply. This model is rarely seen even in Japan.
