1968 Fender Deluxe Reverb "Drip Edge" Silverface w/Blackface circuit - Collector Grade

Extremely clean vintage 1968 transitional Deluxe Reverb with the "blackface" AB763 circuit . This features the "drip edge" and "black line" cosmetics from the transition period from blackface to silverface.
All original: 12" Oxford speaker, Schumacher transformers, footswitch, right down to the blue molded Ajax capacitors. All codes (chassis, transformers, speakers, potentiometers, etc) match for 1967/68.
Exceptional cosmetic condition. It even still has the original 2 prong AC cord. As close to "time capsule" as it gets. One knob cracked and has been replaced with a reproduction. The original will be included.
Tubes are a mix of vintage and more recent.
Everything works perfectly and It sounds fantastic. It is being sold for a retired musician who took exceptional care of it and was it's only owner. Compare this example to other drip edge Deluxe listings: an unmodified example, with all original parts, and near perfect cosmetics is truly rare.
