This unit is in good shape for its age and sounds beautiful with the modifications.

Great on any number of sources they are a killer solid state comp that is excellent for punchy up front vocals and bass but also great for buss duties.

This design is very easy to use and even has a blend feature built in for various sources!

This modifications we perform to the 320-series (A and yes D version) include a power supply modification for lower noise and better current delivery, High Performance Burr Brown opamps for the input and output stages

We then perform some audio path modification to all of the audio coupling sections for lower noise and more musical response.

Noise reduction is performed in all sections to get the noise floor as low as possible which is substantial.

The service overall increases the headroom of the unit, widens the frequency response, lowers the noise and increases the detail of the three dimensional image.

When all said an done we get a much more professional sounding compressor that's suitable for any task.

These cool compressors have a nice internal sidechain filter for less low end compression and are incredibly transparent when compression.

Stock they are very good comps for clean compression but the signal is more broadcast than studio worthy and is grainy and noisy for studio work which is where all of our modifications come into play.
