This alto flute is a dream to play and was used in only a few performances. My busy schedule doesn't allow time to play anymore, and this flute deserves a good home. It has been well maintained, LOOKS BRAND NEW, with no blemishes or scratches. It plays beautifully, with a warm, rich tone.
The flute has a curved headjoint, as pictured. The entire body, headjoint, and key mechanism are nickel silver covered in silver plating. The lip plate and riser are sterling silver. This combination of materials is favored because the sterling silver gives you a highly responsive tone on the embouchure hole, while the silver-plated nickel silver gives a bright, shiny finish and makes the flute more durable and affordable.
Pearl brand cleaning rod and polishing cloth also included (as pictured).
