The dbx 223s is a professional active analog crossover.
It takes a single full-range audio signal and splits it into specific frequency bands (highs, mids, and lows) so that separate speakers like subwoofers and tweeters only play the frequencies they are built for.

Operation Modes: Switchable between stereo 2-way or mono 3-way configurations.
Filter Quality: Features professional standard 24dB per octave Linkwitz-Riley filters for accurate phase alignment.
Connectivity: 1/4" TRS balanced inputs and outputs.
Subwoofer Control: Includes a Low Frequency (LF) summed output, perfect for running a central mono subwoofer.
Utility Tools: Equipped with individual level controls on all outputs, a 40Hz high-pass (low-cut) filter to remove sub-bass rumble, and phase reverse switches.
