For Sale: a Boss Katana MkII 1x12, very lightly used, no scratches

I bought this amp in November 2020 at the height of the pandemic in India, where I was living at the time. It accompanied me on my move to the Bay Area in 2022, and then to Boston in 2025. It has given me countless hours of sonic pleasure across two continents and 4 different apartments, played both loud and quiet.

The amp is fantastic, takes pedals well (especially a blues driver), and can dial in most modern rock, blues and metal tones.

It has no cosmetic defects or signs of use. While it has travelled far, I’ve only ever used it in the bedroom, so it has spent most of its life on carpets, and latterly, sadly, inside a box.

I’m letting it go because I have too much equipment, and because the city of Boston has a noise ordinance.

I would also like for someone to use it.

Since it was bought in India, it needs a step down transformer to work with U.S. voltages. This is included in the price and depicted in the final photo.

I hope it brings you the same joy it has brought me.
