Eminence Jensen Red Gold C12N, vintage Jensen remake, Rare, labeled 'The Mutter Co. Chicago, 12" ceramic magnet speaker

Not sure of all the details on this one, there is little info out there, but this was made by Eminence as an ode to the classic Jensen red and gold ceramic C12N, but with more power handling. I have seen a number of similar speakers listed, but they are all labeled 'made in kentucky' whereas this is labeled exactly like a vintage Jensen, made at the Mutter Co. in Chicago (if anyone knows more about these and has the time to email I'd love to find out more about this). At any rate, this speaker and another identical speaker came in an 85 watt high power Tweed Twin I purchased and I played it in that amp for months before (as I do 100% of the time with every amp) I replaced it with alnico speakers. Regardless, this is a fantastic ceramic speaker, with a huge sound but without flubby lows or piercing highs. It is different enough from vintage Jensens but more in the way that the classic blue frame Eminence 10s that came in the early tweed Bassman reissues differ from their Jensen counterparts - while not quite as detailed and chimey in the high end, they possess a great mid and lower midrange with lots of character, sort of a Jensen with a little classic Celestion mixed in (and modern in the sense that they not only don't fold a bit but thrive when cranked) .
