This Leak Speakers (pair) is a fair-condition item. Our 13-point functional test was completed in full: all checks passed except all drivers. Note: The tweeter appears to be faulty, resulting in poor audio quality from that driver. Please review all photos carefully, as they provide an accurate representation of the cosmetic condition of the product.

The Leak Sandwich speakers are a modern revival of a classic British loudspeaker concept, available as the 2-way Sandwich 150 and the 3-way Sandwich 250. Both models are passive speakers designed to be driven by an external amplifier. Their defining feature is Leak's aluminium-foamcore sandwich cone technology, in which a stiff aluminium skin is bonded to aircraft-grade PMI structural foam for enhanced rigidity and clarity. Cabinet construction layers MDF and high-density particle board separated by a damping adhesive to reduce resonance, and dual rear ports support bass response. Each pair is finished in hand-applied walnut veneer with aluminium driver trims, and the units are designed as mirror-imaged pairs to support precise stereo imaging.
