This is Blackstrap Electrik's take on the "Goldie" MKI Tone Bender in a MKII case. "Old Pal" upgrade with two Mullard OC75 transistors and one Texas Instruments 2G374. Beautiful hammered gold finish with period-correct red undercoat. All scratches, scuffs, etc. on the case are original to the build. It has tons of character!
Great sounding MKI with moderate gating and compression, and copious crackle, sputter, and swirl in the decay.
No original box was provided by the builder. Takes 9V battery only (not included).
