Genuine vintage 1950s soft gig bag for a full-size 17" archtop or hollowbody electric guitar. Textured vinyl exterior, fabric-lined interior. Supreme brand main zippers, Serval accessory pocket zipper. Looks like someone extended the shoulder strap on back with a thick piece of bridal leather, riveted in place, professionally executed.
Verified to fit a Gretsch Country Club (test-fit with my own, excellent fit). Should also suit other 17" archtops of the era with a shallow body - Gibson ES-350T, Byrdland, L-5, Epiphone Triumph, Guild X-175/X-500, and similar.
Near-mint condition - looks like it was hardly used. Vinyl is supple and excellent throughout, all zippers function smoothly.
Interior: 44" overall length, 17.5" lower bout, 13.5" upper bout, 3.5" depth.
Reference - my Gretsch Country Club that fits: 17" lower bout, 12.5" upper bout, 3" depth, 43-44" overall length.
