KK Audio Custom Producer Desk with Dual Bay Rack Unit 2006 (tons of rack space!!)- Black and Light Oak

For sale is a custom made producer’s desk and dual bay rack unit in black and light oak finish. This high-quality desk and matching dual bay rack unit were custom made by KK Audio in Hollywood California in 2006. These units are in very good condition, especially given its age. It features tons of rack space (details below) and a sturdy keyboard tray designed to hold a fully weighted 88-note keyboard. This furniture was well made and meant to last. They simply don’t make studio furniture like this anymore, at this price point.

This is a complete studio solution. There is plenty of room for gear with 83 front facing rack spaces and 27 rear facing rack spaces for a total 110 rack spaces laid out as follows:

Shelf on top of desk = 24 rack spaces (4 bays with 6 spaces each)

Bottom rack under left side of desk = 30 rack spaces (15 front + 15 rear)

Bottom rack enclosure under right side of desk = 24 rack spaces (12 front + 12 rear)

Dual rack stand alone unit = 32 rack spaces (16 left + 16 right)

This unit is large and very heavy. 

Dimensions for the assembled desk are:

130” [13’4”] (L) x 43” (W) x 35” (H)

Dimensions for the dual bay rack are:

42.75” (L) x 20” (W) x 34.5” (H); Weight = 87.9lbs

Even though the unit has been disassembled to allow for easy transport, it is highly recommended that the buyer rent a U-Haul mover (or equivalent) and get a helper to transport the desk components and dual rack bay.
