Handmade overdrive and distortion effects pedal built on God City Instruments pcb designed by Nick Williams, the creator of Dunwich Amplifiers, for Al Cisneros of stoner doom band Sleep. This multi-drive effect has three circuits in parallel; a FET clean boost inspired by Green Matamp GT120, a Boss DS-1 distortion, and a DOD 250 overdrive. The DS-1 circuit has been modded to pre-1994 specs and the DOD 250 circuit was modified to gold reissue specs. Painted yellow, orange, and blue to clearly identify each of the 3 circuit controls, then finished with multiple clear coats. 1590BBS size aluminum enclosure with heavy-duty Neutrik top jacks. Powered by standard 9v center-negative 2.1mm power connection.
Controls are:
Blue channel – FET clean boost: Volume and Tone
Yellow channel – DOD 250 overdrive: Volume, Distortion, Tone
Orange channel – DS-1 distortion: Volume, Distortion, Tone
