This Custom Shop iteration of the Les Paul Custom platform features a mahogany body with a carved two-piece maple top, mahogany neck capped with a bound ebony fingerboard, and a pair of 490R/498T humbuckers.

This Les Paul Custom delivers midrange growl, sweet trebles and fundamental punch thanks to the tonewood complement. The 490R and 498T humbuckers have a wide tonal palette, with the Alnico II magnets in the neck pickup offering more chime and warmth, while the Alnico V bridge pickup has a cut and snarl that cuts through with classic Gibson roar.
