Miktek CV4 2010s - Nickel
A great modern tube mic with a rad transformer and NOS Telefunken tube, which was replaced with a fresh one of the same make and year in 2018 when I purchased from Techno Empire. The price doesn’t reflect this next detail because it doesn’t really matter, but a cool story for this piece - it was originally owned by Justin Meldal-Johnsen. It’s unknown how much it was used or for what projects, if any, but I’m the second owner and can confirm it’s great on everything and was not abused. Always had a microfiber sock on when it wasn’t cased up. All accessories included in the hard case. Really great deal on a $1500+ mic plus some arcane history if you’re into JMJ‘s work.
