1976 Fender Bassman 50 Head with Original 2x15 Cabinet
Vintage 1976 Fender Bassman 50 setup featuring the original matching 2x15 cabinet with original 15" speakers. This amp has the classic silverface Fender tone — warm lows, punchy cleans, and takes pedals extremely well. Great for bass, guitar, studio work, or anyone chasing that vintage Fender platform sound.
The head was recently serviced and brought back up to spec by a tech for general upkeep and conditioning. All functions are working properly and the amp sounds excellent. I’ve included photos/documentation of the recent maintenance work completed.
Cosmetically, the amp is in very solid vintage condition overall for its age. The cabinet covering is in fair condition with some wear consistent with a nearly 50-year-old amp. The main cosmetic issue is some damage to the upper-right cabinet framing/corner area, which should be a fairly straightforward repair for someone wanting to restore it further. The original grille cloth also shows natural aging and wear, which I wanted to represent honestly in the photos.
