A standout Ishibashi exclusive FSR model based on Fender Japan’s ever-popular Traditional II series—this limited 2026 release takes the classic ‘60s Mustang formula and elevates it with a unique aesthetic inspired by one of Japan’s legendary guitarists : Char !!
Based on a 1960s Mustang, this guitar was commissioned with a look that pays homage to Japan's legendary guitarist! The specifications, a blend of his beloved Stratocaster and Mustang, are sure to resonate with electric guitar enthusiasts!
The color is Burgundy Mist Metallic! While a striking hue somewhere between pink and purple, the low-saturation, smoky coloring makes it a popular Fender color that suits people of all ages! Furthermore, the neck features a matching headstock, allowing you to fully appreciate the beautiful color!
The pickguard is made of single-ply parchment, and the pickup covers are ivory. This retro-chic parts combination creates a unique and one-of-a-kind guitar that blends the feel of both a '60s Mustang and a '50s Stratocaster!
